Your right to cancel
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Some made-to-order or personalised items may be exempt where the law allows; any such exclusion is noted on the product page.
How to start a return
Contact us through the account area or the contact page with your order number to begin a return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.
Condition of returned items
Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item we refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.
Return shipping costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
