These terms govern your use of the Julia Space store and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error has occurred, and will refund any payment already taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.
Availability
Many pieces are handmade to order and availability can change. Estimated timings are shown at checkout and in your confirmation.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including your right of withdrawal and your remedies for faulty goods. See the returns and refunds policy.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the studio is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
