Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union. Destinations outside the supported list cannot be completed at checkout.
Delivery times
Many pieces are handmade to order, so dispatch can take longer than for stock items. Estimated dispatch and delivery windows are shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation.
Shipping costs
A single flat shipping rate of 9.00 EUR applies per order within the EU. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships we send a confirmation email, including carrier tracking where it is available.
Customs and duties
For deliveries within the EU customs union no additional import duties apply.
